Our mission
We promote safer, smarter kiting through knowledge, spot-specific awareness, skill-building, and community — in Tarifa and beyond. Through workshops and educational content, we help kiters understand their equipment, handle problems calmly, make better decisions, and progress while looking out for one another.

Safe Kiting grew out of conversations within the Tarifa kite community and is shaped by the riders, instructors, and friends who show up, share what they know, learn from one another, and contribute their time and experience. This website was designed and built by Lila French to support the project.
