Know how to get help

Before something goes wrong, make sure you know who to contact and how to get help — for yourself or for another kiter. Know how to reach emergency services, rescue services, or local help quickly if needed.

Checklist

I've saved my emergency contacts in my phone.
I know the emergency number for the country where I’m kiting.
I've saved the number for local rescue services, if available, or another appropriate emergency contact in case a kiter needs help.
